Greetings!  I am the owner and creator of "Dances With Wool"
fiber art designs, and a line of art dolls called "Rumpled Felt Skins".

      
           
                 
     


I am a self-taught Fiber Artist with twenty years experience.

The journey my life has taken for the love of fiber, has been a wonderful ride.
The pursuit of a life long dream has brought me to Northern New York.
Here my work continues to evolve and take me to new places and wonderful
people.

I first see the image in my mind and then formulate a way to capture it in felt. I find it exciting to work within this free flowing art form where water moves wool gently to form art.

I work with various techniques to create the feel of my piece. I mainly use a combination of wet and needle felting and some nuno-felting. Yarns, beads and a multiple of fibers are used to get the depth and character of my work.
